North Links Golf Course
|
The North Links Golf Course provides a
spectacular setting for your wedding reception, reunion, anniversary,
meeting or special event.
Menu selections are required two weeks in advance. A first count is required one week prior to the function with a final count three days prior to the function. This guarantee cannot be reduced and is the minimum number for which your group will be charged.
Sales Tax and Service Charge Menu prices are subject to a 6.5% sales tax (liquor 9%) and 16.5% service charge, including any beverage cart tabs.
Deposits Deposits are required for all functions. The deposit for wedding receptions is $500.00 and is non-refundable should the function be cancelled for any reason. All other functions require a $200.00 deposit and is non-refundable should the functions be cancelled. Deposits are deducted from your final bill. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
Food and Beverage Regulations Due to Health Department regulations and North Links Policy, all food consumed on the premises must be prepared by North Links. Furthermore, leftover food cannot leave the premises. State Law prohibits any liquor to be brought onto the premises. Bartenders and Beverage Cart Attendants have the right to refuse service to anyone. ID's will be required.
Wedding / Birthday Cakes We allow specialty cakes to be brought in from outside bakeries. A cutting / service fee of $0.50 per guest will be applied if North Links provides the service. No other food is allowed to be brought in without approval of the Food and Beverage Manager.
Payment All payments are required the day of your event unless prior arrangements are made with management. Groups requesting a tax exemption must submit their number two weeks prior to the function. A service charge of 3% will be added to any payment made with a credit card.
Prices Prices are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed until 90 days prior to the function.
Decorations With prior approval from management, decorations may be placed in the banquet facilitity. The guest is responsible for taking them down. All decorations must be taken down the night of the function. GLITTER, CONFETTI, RICE, BUBBLES, AND FREE STANDING CANDLES ARE NOT PERMITTED. North Links assumes no responsibility for any personal property that the patron or their guests bring onto the premises, or any loss or damage incurred to personal property. A $100 cleanup fee may be added to your final bill if these policies are not followed.
Banquet Hours All functions must end by 1:00 am. Last call for bar service is 12:00 am sharp. All guests must clear the premises by 1:00 am.
Linen White table clothes and napkins are provided for all wedding receptions. Colored napkins are available at $0.50 per guest. Any linen desired for non-wedding / Holiday functions will be billed at $1.00 per guest.
Smoke Free Dining For your dining pleasure, we have established our banquet rooms as non-smoking areas. Your guests are welcome to smoke in the designated smoking areas.
