We
have earned the reputation as a premier facility for hosting company and private
golf outing and fund raising affairs. Should you choose to have us handle your
event, the following information should prove helpful.
Scheduling your golf outing
Golf
outings of twenty four (24) players or more that receive the *Professional
Services of our staff are permitted seven days a week and may be scheduled more
than seven days in advance. Golf outings may be approved under the different
pricing structures listed below and arranged through the Professional Staff.

18 Hole Golf Outings, Monday - Thursday Tee Times
The $43.50 per person rate includes green fees, golf
cart, Professional Services, tax and $5.00 for prizes. Prizes shall be redeemed
in the North Links Golf Shop as gift cards for merchandise. Additional
prizes may also be purchased through the golf shop. *Please see Additional Golf
Carts below.
18 Hole "Shotgun" Starts
All
groups requesting a shotgun start on all 18 holes are required to have a minimum
of 116 players or agree to pay for this minimum number. If you have less than
116 players a modified shotgun may be possible.

9 Hole Golf Outings, Monday - Thursday Tee Times
The
$27.50 per person rate includes green fees, golf cart, Professional Services,
tax and $5.00 for prizes. Prizes shall be redeemed in the North Links Golf Shop
as gift cards for merchandise. Additional prizes may also be purchased
through the golf shop.
9 Hole "Shotgun" Starts
All
group requesting a shotgun start are required to have a minimum of 60 players or
agree to pay this minimum number. Start times for 9 hole shotgun start golf
outings will be scheduled at the discretion of the Head Golf Professional.
Prime-Time Golf Outings, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Tee Times
The
$45.50 per person rate includes green fees, golf cart, Professional Services,
tax and $5.00 for prizes. Prizes shall be redeemed in the North Links Golf Shop
as gift cards for merchandise. Additional prizes may also be purchased
though the golf shop. *Please see Additional Golf Carts below.
Prime Time "Shotgun" Starts, Saturday & Sunday
All
groups requesting a shotgun start on Saturday or Sunday at 7:30 am or 2:00 pm are required to have a
minimum or 128 players or agree to pay for this minimum number. Groups wanting
a shotgun start time other than those listed above, are required to have and/or
pay for the 220 player minimum requirement for a double shotgun. Approval of
weekend shotgun starts is at the discretion of the Head Golf Professional.
A meal service must be provided to your guests on Saturday and Sunday shotguns.

Food and Beverage Service
Our
Food and Beverage area offers excellent food and beverage services in a wide
range of prices and meal options. All arrangements for these services must be
made in advance with our Food and Beverage Manager. Food and beverages, other
than those provided by the North Links Golf Course, may not be brought onto the
golf course premises.
Driving Range Program
Allow
your golfers unlimited use of our fabulous practice facility prior to your golf
outing. Our experience shows that this "extra service" is truly appreciated by
all golfers and helps get their day off to a great start. Cost is $2.00 per
player.
*Additional Golf Carts
The
North Links Golf Course owns a fleet or power golf carts. If you group needs
additional carts there is a fee of $32.00 per cart with a minimum or 12 carts
that must be ordered. This fee is what North Links Golf Course is charged when
we rent additional carts. Subject to change depending on vendor.
Responsibilities of Group Sponsor
At
least four (4) days prior to the event:
1. A final list of participants must be submitted
2.
Prize amounts and arrangements must be finalized
3. Selection must be made of 1-3 group representatives who will arrive 1 hour
before the event to register you participants
4. All participants are made aware or the following policies:
a: Personal coolers are not permitted on NLGC property
b: Alcohol may not be brought on to NLGC property |
